Buford Wolves (Buford, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Dacula Falcons (Dacula, GA), 59-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Buford upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Wolves travel to Mountain View (Lawrenceville, GA) to clash with the Bears in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Mountain View won 63-55 in their recent non-league bout against Brookwood (Snellville, GA)

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Collins Hill Eagles (Suwanee, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Dacula will attempt to upgrade on its 15-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 13-7 record after their 60-55 league win over Mill Creek (Hoschton, GA).
