Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Southeast Whitfield County Raiders (Dalton, GA), 81-53 in a league bout.

With the win, Cedartown upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Bulldogs host Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA) to clash with the Bruins in a AAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 13-6. Northwest Whitfield lost 69-47 in their recent league bout against Sonoraville (Calhoun, GA)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA) in a AAAA Region 7 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Southeast Whitfield County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record. The Phoenix go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 69-47 league win over Northwest Whitfield (Tunnel Hill, GA).
