Georgia High School Basketball - Central knocked off by Southwest

The Southwest Patriots basketball team scored 78 points and held the host Central Chargers to 58 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast for a AA Region 2 contest on Friday, January 26.
The Chargers (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Rutland (Macon, GA). The Hurricanes enter the AA Region 2 contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Rutland ran past Northeast (Macon, GA), 53-51, in a league contest.
