The Chanhassen Storm basketball team scored 83 points and held the visiting Chaska Hawks to 73 in the Storm league triumph on Friday.

The Storm now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benilde-St. Margaret's for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Chanhassen will meet a Red Knights team coming off a 80-64 non-league loss to Homestead (Mequon, WI). The Red Knights record now stands at 6-7.

The Hawks (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN). The Jaguars enter the non-league contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Jefferson was outscored by Waconia (Waconia, MN), 82-51, in a league contest.
