The Thomas Sumter Academy Generals basketball team (Dalzell, SC), was overwhelmed 75-53 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Clarendon Hall Saints (Summerton, SC)

The Saints now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cathedral Academy for a SCISA AA Region I battle on Tuesday, January 23. Clarendon Hall will confront a Generals team coming off a 68-43 league win over Dorchester Academy (St. George, SC). The Generals record now stands at 17-6.

The Generals (0-11) will now prepare for their outing against Orangeburg Prep (Orangeburg, SC). The Indians go into the SCISA AAA Region IV outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Orangeburg Prep was trounced by Northside Christian Academy (Lexington, SC), 69-61, in a league outing.
