In Friday's league outing, the Tabernacle Torches (Gardendale, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Clay County Christian Academy Eagles (Ashland, AL), by a count of 50-28.

Clay County Christian Academy will face a Eagles team coming off a 86-47 non-league loss to Rocket City (Huntsville, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.
