Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Corinth Riverhawks (Corinth, NY) and the host Fort Edward Flying Forts (Fort Edward, NY), saw Corinth's basketball squad overcome Fort Edward by a tally of 49-39.

With the victory, Corinth improves its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Riverhawks host Warrensburg (Warrensburg, NY) to confront the Burgers in a Section 2 Adirondack challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Burgers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Warrensburg won 88-16 in their recent league challenge against Salem (Salem, NY)

Next up, the Flying Forts confront the Northville Falcons (Northville, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 22. Fort Edward will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 41-38 league loss to Fort Plain (Fort Plain, NY).
