Wisconsin High School Basketball - Glenwood City knocked off by Elk Mound

The Elk Mound Mounders basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Glenwood City Hilltoppers to 67 in the Mounders league triumph on Friday.
The Mounders now sport a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bloomer for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Elk Mound will meet a Blackhawks team coming off a 74-40 league win over Cadott (Cadott, WI). The Blackhawks record now stands at 13-1.
The Hilltoppers (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Elmwood/Plum City (Elmwood, WI). The Wolves enter the Dunn-St. Croix contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Elmwood/Plum City was outscored by Spring Valley (Spring Valley, WI), 67-34, in a league contest.
