The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 13-7. Rio Vista won 67-20 in their recent league challenge against San Juan (Citrus Heights, CA)

Next up, the Spartans play the Highlands Scots (North Highlands, CA) in a Sierra Delta League challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Esparto will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record.
