With the victory, Lake Washington improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Kangaroos host Hazen (Renton, WA) to confront the Highlanders in a 3A KingCo challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 6-10. Hazen lost 81-56 in their recent non-league challenge against Sammamish (Bellevue, WA)

Next up, the Patriots confront the Mercer Island Islanders (Mercer Island, WA) in a 3A KingCo challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Liberty will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Islanders come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 71-62 non-league loss to Glacier Peak (Snohomish, WA).
