Wisconsin High School Basketball - Merrill ripped by Marshfield

The Marshfield Tigers basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Merrill Bluejays to 33 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chippewa Falls for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Marshfield will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 65-48 league loss to River Falls (River Falls, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-11.
The Bluejays (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Wausau West (Wausau, WI). The Warriors enter the Wisconsin Valley contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Wausau West was routed by Marshfield (Marshfield, WI), 68-57, in a league contest.
