Utah High School Basketball - South Summit can't hold off Morgan

The Morgan Trojans basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting South Summit Wildcats to 55 in the Trojans league victory on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ben Lomond for a 3A Region 13 contest on Wednesday, January 24. Morgan will battle a Scots team coming off a 67-60 league loss to Grantsville (Grantsville, UT). The Scots record now stands at 5-11.
The Wildcats (16-1) will now prepare for their contest against Union (Roosevelt, UT). The Cougars come into the 3A Region 13 contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Union was nudged by Ogden (Ogden, UT), 70-61, in a league contest.
