The Thousand Oaks Lancers basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Newbury Park Panthers to 52 in the Lancers league victory on Friday.
The Lancers now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calabasas for a Marmonte contest on Monday, January 22. Thousand Oaks will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 59-55 league win over Agoura (Agoura, CA). The Coyotes record now stands at 15-7.
The Panthers (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, CA). The Lions come into the Marmonte contest with a 14-9 record. In their last contest, Oaks Christian was routed by Westlake (Westlake Village, CA), 63-43, in a league contest.
