Vermont High School Basketball - U-32 overwhelmed by North Country Union

The North Country Union Falcons basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the host U-32 Raiders to 45 in the Falcons non-league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lyndon Institute for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 24. North Country Union will battle a Vikings team coming off a 61-51 league loss to Harwood (Moretown, VT). The Vikings record now stands at 3-8.

The Raiders (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT). The Wolves come into the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Peoples Academy was routed by Lamoille (Hyde Park, VT), 70-45, in a non-league contest.
