The North Pike Jaguars basketball team (Summit, MS), was overwhelmed 64-37 in Friday's league battle with the host Provine Rams (Jackson, MS)
The Rams now possess a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Presbyterian Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Provine will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 67-65 league loss to Jackson Prep (Jackson, MS). The Bobcats record now stands at 20-6.
The Jaguars (6-17) will now prepare for their battle against South Jones (Ellisville, MS). The Braves come into the 5A Region 3 battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, South Jones was overwhelmed by Brookhaven (Brookhaven, MS), 64-63, in a league battle.
