Texas High School Basketball - Redwater thwarts Pewitt

The Redwater Dragons (Redwater, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Pewitt Brahmas (Omaha, TX), 70-55 in Friday's league test.

The Dragons (16-8) will now prepare for their test against Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Rabbits go into the 3A Region II District 14 test with a 16-10 record.

The Brahmas now own a 9-15 record. They play next when they host Hooks for a 3A Region II District 14 test on Saturday, January 20. Pewitt will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 93-33 league win over Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 21-1.
