The Rotan Yellowhammers basketball team (Rotan, TX), was routed 70-27 in Friday's league battle with the host Roby Lions (Roby, TX)

The Lions now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rule for a 1A Region II District 15 battle on Friday, January 26.

The Yellowhammers (11-15) will now prepare for their battle against Rule (Rule, TX). The Bobcats come into the 1A Region II District 15 battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Rule trounced Paint Creek (Haskell, TX), 52-30, in a league battle.
