The Woodbridge Warriors basketball team (Irvine, CA), was nudged 48-44 in Friday's league battle with the host Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA)

The Lightning now possess a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a Pacific Coast battle on Monday, January 22. Sage Hill will battle a Trojans team coming off a 92-73 league loss to Portola (Irvine, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-15.

The Warriors (14-8) will now prepare for their battle against Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Patriots come into the Pacific Coast battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, Beckman was nudged by Northwood (Irvine, CA), 78-68, in a league battle.
