Valley Christian Academy Lions (Santa Maria, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Shandon Outlaws (Shandon, CA), 54-12 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Christian Academy upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Lions travel to Coast Union (Cambria, CA) to play the Broncos in a Coast Valley bout on Monday, January 22. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 3-12. Coast Union lost 64-46 in their recent league bout against San Luis Obispo Classical Academy (San Luis Obispo, CA)

Next up, the Outlaws play the Coastal Christian Conquerors (Pismo Beach, CA) in a Coast Valley bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Shandon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Conquerors go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 43-31 league loss to San Luis Obispo Classical Academy (San Luis Obispo, CA).
