The St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI) basketball knocked off the visiting University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs (Detroit, MI), 76-68 in Friday's league test.
The Eaglets (11-1) will now prepare for their test against De La Salle Collegiate (Warren, MI). The Pilots go into the Catholic Central test with a 10-4 record. In their last test, De La Salle Collegiate went down by Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 47-45, in a league test.
The Cubs now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they host St. John's Jesuit for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23.
