Wahkiakum Mules (Cathlamet, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Toutle Lake Ducks (Toutle, WA), 75-70 in a league bout.

With the win, Wahkiakum upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Mules travel to Adna (Adna, WA) to clash with the Pirates in a 2B Central bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 11-4.

Next up, the Ducks clash with the Onalaska Loggers (Onalaska, WA) in a 2B Central bout, on Saturday, January 20. Toutle Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Loggers go into the bout with a 3-8 record after their 73-48 league loss to Adna (Adna, WA).
