Mountain House Mustangs (Mountain House, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Ceres Bulldogs (Ceres, CA), 78-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Mountain House upgrades its record to 16-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Grace Davis (Modesto, CA) to play the Spartans in a bout on Monday, January 22. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 7-13. Grace Davis won 40-28 in their recent league bout against Johansen (Modesto, CA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA) in a bout, on Monday, January 22. Ceres will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 12-5 record after their 63-36 league win over Los Banos (Los Banos, CA).
