McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Harbor Creek Huskies (Harborcreek, PA), 33-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, McDowell upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Hickory (Hermitage, PA) to clash with the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-0.

Next up, the Huskies clash with the North East Grape Pickers (North East, PA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Harbor Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record.
