Riverside Christian Academy Royals (Fayetteville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host American Leadership Academy-Johnston Patriots (Clayton, NC), 62-9 in a league bout.

With the win, Riverside Christian Academy upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Royals host Atlantic Collegiate Academy (Conway, SC) to play the Armada in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Armada go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Atlantic Collegiate Academy won 65-52 in their recent non-league bout against 1 of 1 Academy Red (Indian Trail, NC)

Next up, the Patriots play the Wake Prep Academy Guardians (Wake Forest, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. American Leadership Academy-Johnston will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Guardians go into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 42-25 non-league loss to St. Mary's (Raleigh, NC).
