With the win, Arlington upgrades its record to 6-18 on the season. The Colts travel to Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX) to play the Gophers in a 6A Region I District 8 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Gophers go into the bout with a record of 5-11. Grand Prairie lost 48-42 in their recent league bout against Haltom (Haltom City, TX)

Next up, the Texans play the Bowie Volunteers (Arlington, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Sam Houston will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Volunteers go into the bout with a 14-14 record after their 40-32 league loss to Martin (Arlington, TX).
