Baker Spartans (Baker, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Colstrip Colts (Colstrip, MT), 73-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Baker upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Spartans travel to St. Labre Indian Catholic (Ashland, MT) to clash with the Braves in a B District 3 bout on Saturday, January 20. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Colts clash with the Huntley Project Red Devils (Worden, MT) in a B District 3 bout, on Saturday, January 20. Colstrip will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Red Devils go into the bout with a 8-0 record after their 65-46 non-league win over Columbus (Columbus, MT).
