The Columbus Academy Vikings basketball team (Gahanna, OH), dropped 54-40 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Bexley Lions (Columbus, OH)
The Lions now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Logan for a non-league battle on Monday, January 22. Bexley will battle a Chieftains team coming off a 53-23 non-league loss to Sheridan (Thornville, OH). The Chieftains record now stands at 4-10.
The Vikings (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Silver Knights come into the Central Buckeye League battle with a 11-5 record. In their last battle, Bishop Ready beat Grandview Heights (Columbus, OH), 45-27, in a league battle.
