In Friday's non-league outing, the Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN) basketball squad beat the host Chisago Lakes Area Wildcats (Lindstrom, MN), by a count of 58-47.
The Hornets (5-9) will now prepare for their outing against Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN). The Bluejackets go into the AAAA Section 7 outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Cambridge-Isanti defeated Zimmerman (Zimmerman, MN), 69-37, in a league outing.
