California High School Basketball - Birmingham crushes Cleveland

January 19, 2024: Reseda, CA 91335

Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cleveland Cavaliers (Reseda, CA), 76-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Birmingham upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Patriots travel to Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-8. Notre Dame (SO) won 64-54 in their recent league bout against Chaminade (West Hills, CA)

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a West Valley bout, on Monday, January 22. Cleveland will attempt to upgrade on its 10-10 season record. The Chancellors go into the bout with a 14-8 record after their 52-35 league win over Taft (Woodland Hills, CA).
