With the win, Priddy upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Pirates host Evant (Evant, TX) to play the Elks in a 1A Region III District 18 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Elks go into the bout with a record of 14-6. Evant won 65-34 in their recent league bout against Gustine (Gustine, TX)

Next up, the Tigers play the Zephyr Bulldogs (Zephyr, TX) in a 1A Region III District 18 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Blanket will attempt to upgrade on its 5-9 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 52-18 league win over Mullin (Mullin, TX).
