Massachusetts High School Basketball - Burncoat ripped by South

The South Colonels basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Burncoat Patriots to 18 in the Colonels league triumph on Friday.
The Colonels now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashland for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. South will meet a Clockers team coming off a 58-43 league loss to Dover-Sherborn (Dover, MA). The Clockers record now stands at 0-9.
The Patriots (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA). The Highlanders enter the Inter High contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Doherty Memorial triumphed over North (Worcester, MA), 62-39, in a league contest.
