California High School Basketball - Carlmont knocked off by Menlo-Atherton

The Menlo-Atherton Bears basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Carlmont Scots to 38 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.

The Bears now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mills for a Peninsula - Bay contest on Tuesday, January 23. Menlo-Atherton will battle a Vikings team coming off a 58-37 league win over Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 12-5.

The Scots (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Hillsdale (San Mateo, CA). The FIGHTING KNIGHTS enter the Peninsula - Bay contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Hillsdale ran past Aragon (San Mateo, CA), 43-39, in a league contest.
