The Chapel Hill Bulldogs (Tyler, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX), 34-18 in Friday's league test.
The Bulldogs (17-11) will now prepare for their test against Center (Center, TX). The Roughriders go into the 4A Region III District 17 test with a 18-7 record. In their last test, Center notched a victory over Carthage (Carthage, TX), 47-44, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 10-14 record. They play next when they host Spring Hill for a 4A Region III District 17 test on Tuesday, January 23. Carthage will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 51-39 league win over Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 13-14.
