The Cave Springs Hornets basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Oaks-Mission Warriors to 39 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Braggs for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19.
The Warriors (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Welch (Welch, OK). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Welch was outscored by Okmulgee (Okmulgee, OK), 58-56, in a non-league contest.
