The Century Panthers basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Red Wing Wingers to 40 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Austin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Century will battle a Packers team coming off a 71-60 non-league loss to Mankato East (Mankato, MN). The Packers record now stands at 5-9.
The Wingers (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against John Marshall (Rochester, MN). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, John Marshall triumphed over Mankato West (Mankato, MN), 61-51, in a non-league contest.
