The Hewitt-Trussville Huskies (Trussville, AL) basketball knocked off the visiting Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL), 39-22 in Friday's league test.
The Huskies (20-5) will now prepare for their test against Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles go into the 7A Area 6 test with a 7-18 record.
The Hornets now own a 22-4 record. They play next when they host Spain Park for a 7A Area 6 test on Tuesday, January 23. Chelsea will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 46-32 league loss to Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Jaguars record now stands at 7-17.
