The Cook Inlet Academy Eagles basketball team (Soldotna, AK), was toppled 36-18 in Friday's league battle with the host Lumen Christi Archangels (Anchorage, AK)
The Archangels now possess a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shaktoolik for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Lumen Christi will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 90-20 non-league win over Cook Inlet Academy (Soldotna, AK). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-0.
The Eagles (0-8) will now prepare for their battle against Tanalian (Port Alsworth, AK). The Lynx come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Tanalian was toppled by Lumen Christi (Anchorage, AK), 34-26, in a non-league battle.
