The Divide County Maroons basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Ray Ray Jays to 34 in the Maroons league victory on Friday.

The Maroons now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trenton for a B District 7 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Divide County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 64-35 non-league win over South Heart (South Heart, ND). The Tigers record now stands at 13-3.

The Ray Jays (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Alexander (Alexander, ND). The come into the B District 7 contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Alexander was routed by Beach (Beach, ND), 70-21, in a non-league contest.
