Illinois High School Basketball - Dunlap fells Limestone

Dunlap Eagles (Dunlap, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Limestone Rockets (Bartonville, IL), 49-40 in a league bout.
With the win, Dunlap upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Richwoods (Peoria, IL) to clash with the Knights in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 17-7. Richwoods lost 72-55 in their recent non-league bout against Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL)
Next up, the Rockets clash with the Washington Panthers (Washington, IL) in a Mid-Illini bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Limestone will attempt to upgrade on its 10-13 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 57-31 non-league win over Ottawa (Ottawa, IL).
