North Carolina High School Basketball - Durham School of the Arts ripped by Vance County

The Vance County Vipers basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Durham School of the Arts Bulldogs to 26 in the Vipers league triumph on Friday.

The Vipers now sport a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Granville Central for a 2A/3A Northern Lakes contest on Tuesday, January 23. Vance County will meet a Panthers team coming off a 52-29 league loss to J.F. Webb (Oxford, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-10.

The Bulldogs (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Louisburg (Louisburg, NC). The Warriors enter the 2A/3A Northern Lakes contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Louisburg was routed by Carrboro (Carrboro, NC), 61-38, in a league contest.
