The Holtville Bulldogs (Deatsville, AL) basketball nudged the host Elmore County Panthers (Eclectic, AL), 38-33 in Friday's league contest.

The Panthers (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Dadeville (Dadeville, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Dadeville was nudged by Central of Coosa County (Rockford, AL), 59-25, in a non-league contest.
