With the win, Eula upgrades its record to 24-4 on the season. The Pirates travel to Baird (Baird, TX) to clash with the Bears in a 1A Region II District 13 bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Baird won 39-8 in their recent league bout against Moran (Moran, TX)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Rising Star Wildcats (Rising Star, TX) in a 1A Region II District 13 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. May will attempt to upgrade on its 8-3 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-8 record after their 62-22 league loss to Cross Plains (Cross Plains, TX).
