Fairview Warriors (Fairview, MT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wolf Point Wolves (Wolf Point, MT), 41-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Fairview upgrades its record to 4-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Culbertson (Culbertson, MT) to play the Cowboys in a C District 2 bout on Thursday, January 25. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 2-8.

Next up, the Wolves play the Poplar Indians (Poplar, MT) in a B District 2 bout, on Saturday, January 20. Wolf Point will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 5-1 record after their 51-42 league loss to Malta (Malta, MT).
