The Lone Star Rangers basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Frisco Raccoons to 33 in the Rangers league triumph on Friday.

The Rangers now sport a 11-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wakeland for a 5A Region II District 9 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Lone Star will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 35-25 league win over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX). The Wolverines record now stands at 22-7.

The Raccoons (3-20) will now prepare for their contest against Turner (Carrollton, TX). The Lions enter the 5A Region II District 9 contest with a 4-16 record.
