The Foothillers (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The Eagles go into the Grossmont - Hills outing with a 5-8 record. In their last outing, Granite Hills was trounced by Helix (La Mesa, CA), 46-43, in a league outing.

The Monarchs now own a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to El Capitan for a Grossmont - Hills outing on Tuesday, January 23. Monte Vista will clash with a Vaqueros squad coming off a 73-27 non-league win over Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 13-9.
