With the victory, Hancock upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Hawks host Pascagoula (Pascagoula, MS) to play the Panthers in a 6A Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 10-8. Pascagoula won 59-35 in their recent league challenge against George County (Lucedale, MS)

Next up, the Maroon Tide play the Long Beach Bearcats (Long Beach, MS) in a 6A Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Picayune will attempt to upgrade on its 9-17 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 51-30 league loss to West Harrison (Gulfport, MS).
