Illinois High School Basketball - Harlem overwhelmed by Hononegah

The Hononegah Indians basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Harlem Huskies to 23 in the Indians league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belvidere for a Northern Illinois 10 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Hononegah will battle a Bucs team coming off a 40-38 league loss to Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Bucs record now stands at 12-12.
The Huskies (8-12) will now prepare for their contest against Belvidere (Belvidere, IL). The Bucs come into the Northern Illinois 10 contest with a 12-11 record. In their last contest, Belvidere triumphed over Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 54-22, in a league contest.
