Vallejo Redhawks (Vallejo, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hercules Titans (Hercules, CA), 43-23 in a league bout.

With the victory, Vallejo upgrades its record to 8-12 on the campaign. The Redhawks host American Canyon (American Canyon, CA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Wolves come into the bout with a record of 14-6. American Canyon lost 59-35 in their recent league bout against Justin-Siena (Napa, CA)

Next up, the Titans play the Castlemont Knights (Oakland, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Hercules will attempt to upgrade on its 0-13 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 14-5 record after their 54-50 non-league win over KIPP King (San Lorenzo, CA).
