Michigan High School Basketball - Hill-McCloy can't hold off New Lothrop

The New Lothrop Hornets basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Hill-McCloy Rams to 42 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Morris for a Mid-Michigan contest on Tuesday, January 23.
The Rams (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI). The Marauders enter the Mid-Michigan contest with a 9-1 record. In their last contest, Ovid-Elsie nudged Petoskey (Petoskey, MI), 49-47, in a non-league contest.
