The Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) basketball felled the visiting Minor Tigers (Adamsville, AL), 59-41 in Friday's league test.
The Patriots (20-4) will now prepare for their test against Jackson-Olin (Birmingham, AL). The Mustangs go into the 6A Area 9 test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Jackson-Olin was beaten by Parker (Birmingham, AL), 53-29, in a league test.
